The pennsylvania street town homes were designed for a location that previously had a small flat roofed brick duplex. The height of the original structure was echoed in the front elevation of building with an elongated grid of cement fiber board. The top floor of the building curves in plan as it slips behind the balcony walls. The floors of the balcony protrudes to provide cover for the front porch.
